The Art of Slow Making
Great Blue Fiber is the studio of Maryland fiber artist Jenny Walton. Using natural fibers, wool, recycled silk and found driftwood, Jenny creates richly textured, one-of-a-kind woven artwork designed to bring warmth and character to a space.

The colors, textures and quiet beauty of Maryland's Eastern Shore find their way into my work - soft water, weathered wood, marsh grasses, sea glass, sand and changing skies. Those natural influences inform the palette and texture of Great Blue Fiber
